What are the types of hair transplantation?

Types of Hair Transplantation Techniques

Difference of FUE Technique

FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) is removed from the scalp with a punch used to make a small circular cut of the skin surrounding a hair follicle or follicle segment. Thereafter, a small hole forms in the scalp. The operation is continued until the specialist has inserted enough follicles to completely cover the treatment area. The holes can leave small marks on the area until they are healed. These marks are less visible than the FUT technique.

Difference of DHI Technique

Since DHI extraction does not require cuts on the skin, it can be called micro-FUE and punches of 1 mm or less in diameter are used to remove hair from the donor site individually. This minimally invasive DHI extraction provides a natural appearance and high quality while surely done by a certified surgeon.
